Refund policy

At RecordHaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl records. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition (still sealed in the shrink wrap).
  • Used, opened, or played records are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for changed mind, wrong size/color (vinyl is not clothing), or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect playability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed vinyl records
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Contact@RecordHaven.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original protective packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will refund the original shipping cost and cover the return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your vinyl arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact@RecordHaven.shop with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.
